Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after my 30-day trial?
Your trial includes full Enterprise-level access. After 30 days, choose a paid plan to continue. If you don't subscribe, you'll still be able to view existing tours but can't create new ones.
What does "photos per submission" mean?
Each individual photo you upload to a tour counts toward your plan's photo limit. If you drop 10 photos into a tour, that's 10 photos counted for the month.
What counts as a "submission"?
Each email you send to a client counts as one submission. Previewing emails doesn't count — only actually sending them.
What happens to my photos without Server Forever?
Without the Server Forever add-on, tour photos are stored for 30 days from tour creation. After that, they're automatically removed. The tour page link will still work but photos won't display. Add Server Forever to keep them permanently.
Can I change plans?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Account page. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
