Model Version Policy

Effective Date: March 22, 2026

This Model Version Policy defines how scoring methodology changes are governed, documented, and implemented within RunPayway™ to preserve methodological integrity and maintain historical transparency for all Income Stability Score™ assessments.

1.Purpose

The purpose of this Model Version Policy is to define how scoring methodology changes are governed and implemented within RunPayway™ to:

• Preserve methodological integrity • Prevent undisclosed scoring modifications • Ensure historical transparency for all Income Stability Score™ assessments

2.Model Identification

Every Income Stability Score™ is generated under a specific model version, identified by a structured notation (e.g., RP-1.0).

The model version applied to an assessment is permanently recorded in the associated snapshot record, ensuring traceability.

3.Deterministic Scoring

RunPayway™ uses a deterministic model to ensure that:

• Identical inputs always produce identical outputs • Model versioning ensures that scoring results can always be interpreted in the context of the methodology used at the time of generation

4.No Silent Methodology Changes

RunPayway™ does not modify scoring methodology without:

  • Assigning a new model version identifier
  • Documenting the update
  • Updating public model references

Any changes to scoring criteria, input mapping, logic, or band thresholds require a version increment.

Previously issued assessment snapshots will not be recalculated under new model versions.

5.Computational Corrections

If a computational error is identified that materially affects scoring output, corrections will be implemented under a new model version identifier.

Prior snapshots will remain associated with the original model version.

6.Snapshot Integrity

Each Income Stability Score™ snapshot includes:

  • Model version identifier
  • Timestamp (UTC ISO 8601)
  • Authentication code
  • Deterministic output score

Snapshot records are not retroactively modified.

Snapshots remain permanently associated with the model version under which they were generated.

7.Non-Scoring Technical Updates

Technical updates that do not affect scoring methodology may occur without a model version increment.

Examples include:

  • Interface improvements
  • Performance optimizations
  • Formatting adjustments
  • Infrastructure updates

These updates do not alter scoring outputs or previously issued results.

8.Public Methodology Disclosure

The Methodology page reflects the currently active model version.

Archived model summaries may be maintained for historical reference where applicable.

Internal scoring parameters are not publicly disclosed for security and integrity reasons.

9.Historical Model Preservation

When new model versions are introduced:

  • Prior model versions remain identifiable
  • Registry verification preserves the original model association
  • Historical outputs remain linked to their respective model versions

This structure ensures the long-term interpretability of previously issued assessments.

10.Scope

This policy governs:

  • Scoring criteria
  • Input mapping logic
  • Weighting structure
  • Band classification framework
  • Model version identification practices

This policy does not govern pricing, subscription structure, or promotional offerings.
