Benefits improve the quality score of the W-2 source but do not eliminate concentration risk. Health insurance, retirement matching, and disability coverage add structural protections that increase the W-2 stream's individual score. In most cases, rebalancing the existing three sources produces a larger score improvement than adding a fourth source at a small percentage.
