By accessing or using PlayPBNow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

👤 Account & Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You must be at least 13 years old to use PlayPBNow
• One person may maintain one account; duplicate accounts may be removed

🏓 Acceptable Use

You agree to use PlayPBNow only for its intended purpose: organizing and scoring pickleball matches. You agree not to:

• Misuse the app or attempt to access it through unauthorized means
• Interfere with the app's functionality or other users' experience
• Use the app to transmit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the app

📝 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (group names, player names, match data). By using PlayPBNow, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process this content solely to provide the service.

💰 Subscriptions & Payments

• PlayPBNow offers a free tier and a Pro subscription with additional features
• New accounts receive a 30-day free trial of Pro features
• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe (web)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store or account settings
• Refunds are handled according to the respective app store's refund policy

🚫 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

PlayPBNow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Data loss due to technical issues or service interruptions
• Inaccuracies in match scores or statistics
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

📄 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms within the app. Your continued use of PlayPBNow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
